join the fosscafe community on Dec 9 and 10th for one of its kind Hackathon focussed on MONITORING.

We look at the entire stack
. Infrastructure
. Application
. Telemetry

Frameworks
. Sensu
. Riemann
. Agents

Approach
. Ops centric (configure and monitor live infra, performance)
. Dev centric (review, fix and contribute code, plugins, feature)

Language
. you may chose to work with Ruby, Python, C, C++, Rust, Clojure, Node and bash while developing scripts, plugins or developing a new feature.

Rust and Fosscafe communities work together
. Monitoring Hackathon and Rust Hackathon are co-located together as the two communities focus on the same theme.

This is a FOSS "free of charge" community centered workshop.

NOTE
. it's a two day 'offline face2face' Hackathon, which starts at 0945 hrs on 9th December and closes at 1745 hrs on 10th December.
. all the code you develop, configurations you create has to be released under a FOSS license.
. all artifacts will be made available on github, bitbucket.
. proprietary and commercial intent, presentations are not welcome.
