Mourning looks different for everyone, and familial relationships can be complex and messy. If you find yourself mourning your relationship with your parent/child, or mourning the relationship you wanted with your parent/child, then this event is with you in mind.

*Open to Queer and Trans kids of all ages seeking other affirming and supportive people to mourn and commune with on this often difficult day

*Also, open to Queer and Trans parents whose relationship with their children is difficult or even detached.

*For the first time, this year we are also extending the invitation to foster youth (of all ages) or family impacted by the foster system

This is an all ages event. While we will not have explicit content, the family-friendliness is dependent on the how folks choose to express their feelings when speaking in the healing circle. Content could be intense, healing is intense sometimes.
