Another edition of Founders Club Timisoara will take place on the 7th of December in Timisoara, with the support of EIT Digital, Startup Reaktor, Techcelerator, with the help of local actors in the ecosystem and hosted at Faber. We are committed to showcasing the best practices and the success stories of local startups that are scaling globally.

We are designing each event having in mind the already existing best practices in the local community, the frameworks of validation & scaling used to build lean startups & MVPs that accelerate international expansion. We are always considering the Paul Graham startup definition: “A startup is a temporary organization in search of a highly scalable and repeatable business model”. There is not enough to be big in your home market.

In this new edition, we bring on stage two founders who will bound and propel the local ecosystem to new heights, with their collective expertise. Let's dive into their fascinating stories.

Alexandra Jivan is a tech, investment and data protection lawyer with nearly 15 years of experience in business consulting. As a partner at @Legal For, during the past 4 years, she focused on coordinating VC transactions, providing legal advice to both business angels and startups, in over 40 projects. Because of her direct implication and passion for this field, she is often sought out as a mentor for startups and a speaker at VC events, being also a business angel herself.

Cristian Dascalu as moderator of this event, is a visionary dedicated to shaping the future of tech startups and digital innovation. His journey includes founding or co-founding several impactful projects such as GapMinder VC and Techcelerator . In 2012, Cristian launched ClujHub, the second-largest startup hub in Romania and a key contributor to the regional startup community.
