The Ideas Open Mic: Black History Month

A slightly different one from our usual F&F meetup, but it may be of interest! The Ideas Open Mic is my night of short talks on big ideas, followed by drinks and conversation. This edition is a Black History Month special on Wed 14 Oct at The London Art Bar.

Founders and freelancers spend a lot of time solving their own problems in their own heads. This is a good excuse to step outside that for an evening, hear some new ideas, and maybe meet your next collaborator.

The lineup so far: a poet, and journalist Lance Casely-Hayford (who I'm co-producing with) on the media landscape, with more speakers to be announced.

We're also looking for more speakers, and it's paid**.** Each speaker gets a £50 honorarium and free tickets for friends. If you have a story or idea you'd like to share that's somewhat on theme, you'd be very welcome to apply here.
