I’ve recruited, managed, and automated people, processes, and platforms across a diverse set of industries including service delivery, healthcare, cannabis, and SaaS organizations to name a few. I do this through a personal (some say ‘innate’) affinity for modern software platforms and an attentive, flexible, and collaborative leadership style. I have a strong background in business growth management deeply coupled with technical execution from years in the field. I’m widely adept at analyzing existing procedures, developing more efficient solutions, and developing third-party solutions based on a strong client discovery process.

I am exceptionally well-versed in selecting, selling, marketing, integrating, and deploying SaaS AND optimizing associated product development, technical operations, inventory management, and service delivery teams.

I’ve progressed through Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, IT Director, Vice President, and entrepreneurial endeavors to earn the depth of technical experience I enjoy today.

I’ve also been quite fortunate to develop a deep understanding of CPG operations through several years of executive leadership in the cannabis industry as a CEO / Head of Ops and through a consultancy I founded along the way. Wherein I advised and executed on SOPs, financial models, funding exercises, and leading service delivery teams across multiple departments / disciplines.
