What we’re about
Founders Over Coffee exists because building a business or organization can feel surprisingly lonely - especially in the early and in-between stages.
Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours in conversation with founders and business owners who weren’t looking for more advice or another networking event. What they wanted was space to talk things through, to be around people who understood the weight of decisions, and to find clarity without pressure.
This group is exactly that. A grounded, conversational space for founders and business owners who are building, growing, or rethinking their work and want thoughtful connection along the way.
We meet over coffee to talk about what’s real - what’s working, what’s challenging, and what’s taking shape - in a space built on respect, trust, and thoughtful conversation.

We meet on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 8:30–9:45 AM at CC’s Coffee in River Ranch.
