There’s no structure on purpose - so people can connect naturally, think out loud, and be human without pitching, performing, or pretending.

It’s meant to be the kind of conversation that helps you hear yourself think, gain perspective, and take something useful back into your world.

After taking a little time to let the group grow since creating it in January, it feels like a good time to kick things off again.
