## Date: Tuesday 20th October, 6:15-9 PM UK Time

Location: 1 Warwick by Maslow’s

About the event
What would an investor see if they looked at your business today? And where could you be creating more value for the customers you already have?

Join Founders500 and Lewis Hunter for a practical, interactive session exploring what makes a business worth backing and where your next growth opportunities could be hiding.

In the first half, you’ll look at your business through an investor’s eyes: demand, the numbers and how much depends on you being there. This is your chance to step back from the day-to-day, challenge your assumptions and get what’s in your head down on paper.

Then we’ll explore customer lifetime value: how upsells, cross-sells, lower-priced alternatives and recurring offers can give customers more reasons to keep buying from you. Working in small groups, you’ll challenge each other’s thinking and spot opportunities that can be difficult to see on your own.
Haven’t started yet? You’ll learn what to look for before committing to an idea and how to build a stronger offer from day one.

Come ready to share, ask questions and leave with practical ideas to put to work.

About the speaker: Lewis Hunter
Lewis Hunter buys, builds and backs businesses, bringing a sharp eye for overlooked opportunities and hands-on experience of turning them into growth. Operating since the age of fifteen, he has completed two successful exits and now runs a portfolio spanning multiple businesses and property.

He is the creator of the Four Engines Framework and co-author of The Operator Trap, helping founders build businesses that can grow beyond their own time, energy and involvement. His approach challenges people to rethink how they operate, from turning customer relationships into strategic partnerships to finding new revenue opportunities within existing businesses.

Lewis works inside the businesses he backs as a shareholder, sharing the risks as well as the rewards. He brings that experience to the stage, with over 100 hours of speaking experience, including appearances at Red Bull Racing’s UK headquarters and Ferrari.

Expect a direct, practical approach that challenges your thinking and helps you see your business through fresh eyes.
