It's not a mixer. Not speed networking. Not a pitch night.
It is a structured and compatibility driven co-founder matchmaking event (think workshop + networking to find co-founder) for those looking for a co-founder - created and curated by someone who has experienced the pain of searching for the right cofounder. So you spend less time searching and more time building.
## How the matchmaking works👇

We'll learn about who you are, what you bring to the table, and what your needs are. We combine this information into your co-founder profile, which is what helps us find the right person for you. - Step 2. We pair you before the doors open.
Our algorithm analyzes your profile and your needs to sort out the most compatible person for you to connect with. - Step 3. You arrive to a seat, not a crowd.
Groups of 2 to 3, seated together for the whole session. No rotation, nobody moves between tables. One real conversation beats six shallow ones. - Step 4. The room is facilitated.
Instead of awkward hi-hellos, we facilitate the getting-to-know-each-other properly. By the end, each group has enough context to decide if they want to build together.
At the end, each group gets a few minutes alone to answer one question: do we want to continue this? Contacts exchanged if it's mutual.

Why priced ticket? As much as we'd love to run these events for free, tickets serve 2 purposes:
- It adds a commitment filter, so people actually try to show up. In a 1:1 format like this, commitment is super important. If one doesn't show up, then it ruins the experience for the other.
- It helps us run these events sustainably and cover venue expenses.
Note: Seats are limited so we can keep the cohort intentional. Registration closes 2 days before the event starts, so matches can be curated in time.
