Potluck at the Mancos Library - Co-Hosted with Durango Vegans!

Join us for another potluck at the Mancos library!

Our last event had 15 people, and a mountain of amazing food!

Whether you come from Durango, Cortez, Mancos, or further afield, this event is casual, fun, 100% free, and open to all.

We'll meet up at the large community room at the Mancos library. The meeting room is located directly through the entrance and to the left.

Meet starting at about 12:30pm, and we'll start eating around 1pm. These events typically last around a couple hours, but you're free to stay more or less time than that.

These potlucks usually attract around a dozen people, and have tons of great food.

What to bring:

• A vegan dish with serving utensil. If you prefer not to cook, store-bought drinks or simple snacks like fruit, chips, or hummus trays are always appreciated!
• Your own utensils (plate, fork, knife, etc). Feel free to bring your own placemat too if you like. Towels/napkins are also a good bet!
• Bring a friend or two or three!

ALL are welcome, whether you're vegan or not. Please make sure any food you bring is 100% vegan (no eggs, dairy, meat, honey, gelatin, or animal-based broth). If you're bringing store-bought food, please double check ingredient labels to make sure there are no animal products.

Blank cards will be provided at the event so that you can write down ingredients and any allergens that might be present in the food. You can bring your own ingredient card if you want. Full ingredient lists are optional, but really help for people who have allergies and food restrictions. There will be a current list of ingredients at the event that some of our guests have allergies/restrictions for, so you can note if anything you brought contains any of those ingredients. If you have any allergies/food restrictions that you'd like listed, please let me know!
