Reiki Chakra Balance Series

Reiki is a holistic practice that supports the mind, body, and spirit, promoting emotional well-being, self-awareness, and inner peace. Each week we’ll meditate, do grounding exercises, create art, balance chakras, and receive a stone aligned with that week’s chakra.
