We are an informal group of people who are searching to create a more peaceful and balanced way of living. Through meditation and conversation we expand our awareness and learn to stay focused on being mindful. Many of us have found a greater sense of calm and contentment through this shared experience. Topics for conversation are generated by the group and include subjects such as self-acceptance, forgiveness, grief, and anger. We explore Buddhist concepts, including teachings from Pema Chodron, Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Tara Brach.
