SESSION 2: WE'RE BACK!
SBR rugby fitness sessions are a flavour of rugby specific skills being applied in a general fitness setting. A fun and challenging way to participate in paired and group activities whatever your fitness level!
Participants will not only come away with a positive sense of success through the fitness session but an understanding of why / how the fitness sessions are beneficial for them. Learning correct techniques in the fitness session as well as an understanding of the components of fitness and they can further develop their personal fitness outside the SBR sessions.
