"Spirit Guide" Meditation Evening with Kat Day

My powerful Spirit Guides (the Arcturians) have sent me further confirmation of late of their connection with me and my work, particularly the mandalas that I paint! With the heartfelt rapture of this amazing confirmation, I feel guided to assist you in strengthening your own sacred connection to your Spirit Guide(s). Each and every one of us has at least one guide, often many guides, in the spirit realm just waiting for us to call on them, for they have chosen to lovingly guide us and support us as we journey through life. Yes, they are real and your interaction with them can potentially change your life!

· Come and join me for a special guided meditation to enable you to meet and connect with your spirit guide. Following the focus of the breath for deep relaxation and a colour therapy technique to energise and enhance your chakras (energy centres), you will be guided on a journey to a picturesque meadow with a cascading waterfall where you will be joined by your spirit guide. You will have the opportunity to converse with them, asking any questions pertaining to your life and you will receive positive guidance and love from your guide to assist you with moving forward in the direction of your Life Purpose.

· Bask in the powerful healing energies generated by the group and the combined presence of our Higher Selves/Soul Essence, Spirit Guides & Angels. Enjoy the intimacy of a small group setting.
