Ausblicke für ein eigenständiges Leben in Verbundenheit“** **Ablauf:** \- Donnerstag 1\.1\. bis Samstag\, 3\.1\. 2026: 10\.00 \- 11\.30 14\.00 \-15\.30 16\.30 – 18\.00\, \- Mittwoch 31\.12\.2025: 10\.00 \- 11\.30\, 13\.30 \-15\.00\, 16\.00 – 17\.30 \- Unabhängig vom Seminar können Sie sich für den Silvesterabend anmelden: um 18.00 gemeinsames Kochen und um 20 Uhr gemeinsames Essen mit der Frage: **Warum kann sich der Mensch dann besonders bereichert und beglückt eigenständig und frei leben, wenn er innerlich mit dem anderen Menschen vertraut ist?** Viele Menschen sind schnell dabei, dem anderen Menschen, sogar dem guten Freund oder auch dem Partner, zu unterstellen, dass sie nicht wohlgesinnt sind. Dieses generelle Misstrauen erschwert freundschaftliche Gefühle dem anderen Menschen gegenüber und auch den Aufbau und den Erhalt vertiefter Freundschaften. Wie kommt es zu diesem generellen Vorbehalt und wie kann man den überwinden? Und welche Eindrücke aus der Kindheit führen zu einem Gefühlshaushalt, in dem der Ärger, ablehnende Gefühle, Zurückhaltung und Unsicherheitsgefühle im Zusammenleben einen so stark erfassen? Obwohl alle eigentlich gerne abgestützt wären und mit vielen Freunden umgeben, stehen viele relativ alleine da. Was hindert einen also daran, Freundschaften aufzubauen und vertiefte Freundschaften einzugehen und beizubehalten? Aufgrund welcher Gefühlsirrtümer verpassen wir uns in Freundschaften? Ängste, Empfindlichkeiten, unrealistische Vorstellungen vom Zusammenleben, Gefühle des Ungenügens, Eifersucht, ein niedriges Selbstwertgefühl und Selbstbehauptungs-vorstellungen können den Aufbau und die Aufrechterhaltung von stützenden Freundschaften stören. Solche Gefühle sind nicht angeboren, sondern sind in den ersten Lebensjahren entstanden und bestimmen die spontane Wahrnehmung und die Handlungsmöglichkeiten. Dies kann man verändern, wenn man sich und die anderen besser verstehen lernt. Viele sind falsch informiert und gehen davon aus, dass ein verbundenes Leben mit anderen Menschen einschränkend sein muss, weil viele so erzogen sind, dass man das eigenen Ich zurückstecken muss. Und andere eine stresshafte Belastung darstellen. Wie kann es also gehen, dass wir Menschen als soziale Wesen den anderen beglückend und aufbauend erleben können? Wie können wir am meisten uns selbst sein, wenn wir den anderen nicht als Gegner und Bedrohung erleben, sondern als ein Mit-mensch, der auch am liebsten in einer guten Verbindung sein will, mit dem wir uns gut abstimmen? Es ist sicherlich auch schön, jeweils am Morgen eine halbe Stunde früher zu kommen und miteinander zu reden und sich auf den Tag einzustimmen. Wer will, kann eine Essgemeinschaft von 6 bis 8 Personen am Mittag und/oder am Abend bilden, da genügend Räume vorhanden sind. Wir freuen uns uns auf lehrreiche und schöne, gemeinsame Tage.
