A different New Year you have been waiting for! **With international people, games, presents, and of course outdoor activities!!!** Let's start this year with mountain vibes! **PROGRAMM OF THE NEW YEAR** ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️ ❄️**Day 1 (31 of December)** 🥾 **Hiking in Alta Garrotxa and New Year celebration:** On the first day, after arriving and settling in, we will take a beautiful hike right near the house. Beget is known for being crossed by the famous trans-Pyrenean route GR11, and we will be able to walk a small part of it. We will go through a dense mountain forest, cross old medieval bridges, reach viewpoints with views of the entire Pyrenees, and then make a stop near a Romanesque church on a cozy clearing in the forest. (13 km 🥾 / +450 m ⛰️) **In the evening** we will be back to our **cozy house** to prepare for the New Year's Eve! We have decided that every one can make their own dish to share ,you can cook it home or prepare before the dinner. So in the New Year's Eve we can try all traditional dishes from your country!🍔🍲🥘 During the Dinner we will prepare different games,and you can also think about any activity. 🎲 ❄️**Day 2** (1 of January) On the second day\, after everyone wakes up\, if the snow has not melted by the end of the year\, we will go to Vallter 2000 ❄️ to do a short snowshoeing route\. If the weather allows\, we will climb a small peak and have a snowball fight ⛄️ \(6 km 🥾 \| \+300 m ⛰️\) In the evening we will make a barbeque in our rural **cozy house** and will enjoy hot chocolate while watching a New Year ,**Christmas movies.** ❄️**Day 3 .** (2 of January) Without rush we will wake up and have **pancakes** made by Julia! Ruta emocionante para acabar muy bien el año\. Caminando desde el Albergue de Montfalcó\, pasando por las **pasarelas de Montfalcó** que son **muy seguras** y desde donde se disfruta de una perspectiva increible del Congost. El punto final será el puente colgante de hierro y muy seguro que separa Aragón de Catalunya. Y cómo guindilla, iremos a la **ermita medieval** de Santa Quitèria, un enclave que está en un **mirador de cine** y sorprende el que hubieran construido algo así hace 1000 años. Ruta de 8 km en total y 440 m de desnivel. * Después de esta memorable ruta, vamos al Hostal de Barbastro. * **Cena Especial de Fin de Año/Nochevieja:** Cenaremos en el mismo lugar que cenamos el año pasado y que gustó mucho, en un Restaurante de Barbastro. Aquí también haremos **las uvas** y después, iremos a **bailar, quien quiera,** a los varios lugares musicales que hay en el casco antiguo de Barbastro, y **celebrar los nuevos caminos** que queremos caminar en nuestra vida en este nuevo año y soltar lo que ya no necesitamos... **★ Jueves 1 Enero. We're collaborating with Westerville Queer Collective to gather supplies and pack care packages. This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about.
