**Motiul Islam**
Motiul Islam is a public speaker and property investor born and raised in London’s East End. He is passionate about property investment and helping aspiring investors start their journey, build strong networks and achieve their goals.
Motiul began his property journey at 19 while studying Economics and Business Information Technology at the University of London. Balancing studies with property negotiations, he faced early setbacks when his first three deals fell through. However, he persevered and secured his first property at just 23 years old.
He went on to build his portfolio using “no money down” structured deals, acquiring and developing properties through strategies such as extensions, developments and title splits.
Today, Motiul focuses on finding, structuring and negotiating deals, with experience across HMOs, rent-to-rent, developments and refurbishments. His recent projects include commercial developments, joint ventures and mentoring other investors.
**Charlotte Busby**
High Living Estates LTD is a specialist property company offering bespoke property and land sourcing services across the UK. The company provides access to a wide range of investment opportunities, including Rent-to-Rent (R2R), Buy-Refurbish-Refinance-Rent (BRRR), HMOs, commercial units, buy-to-let properties, conversions, and land for development.
In addition to sourcing investment opportunities, High Living Estates LTD also offers rented and serviced accommodation solutions, catering to a variety of client needs. With a focus on delivering tailored, high-quality opportunities, the team works closely with investors to help them secure profitable and strategic property investments.
Clients are invited to contact the High Living Estates team to source and secure their next investment opportunity.
**Jason Patterson**
Jason Patterson, aka the “Short Lease King,” owns a property training company and has mastered the short-lease property investment strategy.
His 25-year property journey includes transforming overlooked short-lease flats into profitable units by extending leases, refurbishing properties, and, in some cases, reconfiguring layouts to add an additional bedroom. He also purchases freeholds on occasions.
Jason’s journey began at Sainsbury’s, stacking bread—but he saw beyond the shelves. Every shift, he saved toward his dream of owning property. That hard work paid off, and he went on to purchase five flats while still working at Sainsbury’s.

Fast Money Music - FREE SHOW
Named after a Suicide song, Fast Money Music look like one of those moody, suave 90's guitar bands that used to sing about bad romance and existential sorrow. And guess what, that's kind of what they sound like too - though they also have a lot more zip (and a bit less depth) than the likes of Afghan Whigs or Tindersticks. Here are some song samples:

The best way I can describe it is like one member said to me:

It’s honestly the most fun we’ve had and I’m inviting everyone of you because something’s been happening for a while now and you just don’t know about it…It’s a Showcase of some of the Best London bands playing their music in London - and it’s also a MEETUP group, so you can watch the gig with a mix of regular members and newcomers. Feel free to come on your own or bring your friends and meet new people. Look for the ‘MEETUP SIGN’ or ask the Host on the Door when you arrive. It’s an awesome line-up and at one of the Top Venues in London - Great place for a beer, meet new people and see some amazing unsigned bands! 🔥🔥🚒🍻

I Love Music @ Musical Pub Crawl With Vinyl DJ💿
Exploring the musical archives with captivation at both a very young age and later as music radio presentator, club DJ & musicologist - I discovered only snippets of an estimated 97 million songs even though I went all the way back to the 17th century!
If you love music, then you'll know it's not just entertainment but a spritual soulful experiene ("I hear my compositions as a single point of light, all I do is hold that point of light in my mind whilst I write it down" Wolfgang Mozart)
So let's immense ourselves in our passion by enjoying music, singing, dancing with drinks in hand whilst broadening our music knowledge and exposure by discovering new material, artists and even genres at fun musically themed night out for passionate music lovers in the UK home of rock n roll - Camden of course!
Contemporary or old - you must be passionate about music which means you will be prepared to talk about your favourite song(s) and or artist(s), influences and underlying reasons at ease. What is it that makes them stand out and unique? Does the song have personal relevance to you? Are the lyrics poetic or a philosophical masterpiece like in some old hip-hop or is it about the sound of the vocals or hypnotic melodies? Did the song (or artist) play a pivotal role in shaping political change & influence in society (yes some musicians have even died for their artform) or the evolution of new music genres, sub cultures and underground music movements today? Was Lennon & McCartney the greatest ever singer song writer combo or have you heard better? Who are the best all time music producers & song writers - Max Martin, Billy Joel, George Martin, Quincy Jones, Bernie Taupin, Dr Dre, Carole King? Did PWL records destroy the British music scene or contribute to it?
We can also touch on influential music producers, labels, DJs and radio stations as well. Discussion on all elements of musicology and enablers is up for grabs.
If you can - come prepared with links to samples (feel free to post youtube and other links in the comments section below) to demonstrate or be willing to sing/rap some lyrics so we can get an idea. Funky dance moves optional.
=========RENDEZVOUS POINT =================
We will meet inside Amy Winehouse's local - the Hawley Arms. I'll be wearing Starwars lanyard and will share my number an hour before the event in the comments in case of issues finding us. We will spend about an average of 90 mins per bar.

WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing!
Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.
