Talk 1 - 6 Things I wished I knew before building my first GenAI App 🧠
- Description: Join us for an enlightening talk that dives into Bundesliga’s real-world journey in developing their first Generative AI application to transform web articles into Instagram-like stories. This session explains the LLM’s true role as a pivotal, yet singular component in a broader system landscape for content and media production to engage football fans with new content formats.
You will learn, how we at the Bundesliga
- selected the right LLM for our unique use case,
- changed the game by increasing data quality and diversity,
- approached prompt engineering and evaluated the results of the LLM,
- integrated LLM capabilities into their existing CMS.
- Speaker: Christian Bonzelet
- About the Speaker: Christian is working as an AWS Solution Architect at DFL Digital Sports GmbH. Based in cologne with his beloved wife and two kids. He is interested in all things around ☁️ (cloud), 👨💻 (tech) and 🧠 (AI/ML). With 10+ years of experience in several roles, he has a lot to talk about and love to share his experiences. He worked as a software developer in several companies in the media and entertainment business, as well as a solution engineer in a consulting company. He love those challenges to provide high scalable systems for millions of users. And I love to collaborate with lots of people to design systems in front of a whiteboard. He is using AWS since 2013 where he built a voting system for a big live TV show in Germany. Since then he became a big fan on cloud, AWS and domain driven design.
Talk 2 - Enhancing small and midsize companies with AWS gen AI 💡
- Description: AI is boosting the corporate landscape. Many simple and complex processes in companies can be greatly simplified or even completely automated using AI. Jakob, my co-founder, and I see it as an exciting challenge to simplify access to AI for small and medium-sized companies. We believe we have found an exciting approach with the low-code platform Ninox and our AI chatbot arcBot build with AWS. In this presentation, I would like to introduce you to this approach.
- Speaker: Martin Mueller
- About the Speaker: Martin is super passionate about solving complex problems with code. Since 2017, he playing with AWS. He passed his AWS Solution Architect Professional exam in 2019. Since 2021 he has been an independent freelancer. Working together with startups sparked his desire to create his startup(s).
