Talk 1 - Smart Voice Assistant for Manufacturing ShopFloor - Level 300 (30min)

• Description: The talk will demonstrate how organizations can leverage the combined power of Amazon Bedrock, Nova sonic, and AWS Serverless architecture to build conversational AI chatbots. This solution integrates LLMs with enterprise knowledge bases to create intelligent virtual assistants that dramatically reduce troubleshooting time. Workers can chat with the assistant to troubleshoot any factory specific issues which usually takes them 4-6 hours and with AI assisted Chat bot, it resolves within 30 minutes.
  By the end of this presentation, you'll understand the technical architecture, implementation considerations, and business benefits of deploying AI-powered chatbots that can significantly reduce costs while improving resolving recurring issues through faster, more accurate issue resolution.
  Speaker: Sujata Roy Chowdhury has 12 years of experience in industry. She has been with AWS for last 3.8 years now and worked extensively with AWS Services as a Solution Architect, helping customers to navigate in Cloud.
