## What is Fractional Leadership?

## About the Host
My name is Scott and I’m the founder of a fractional community called Fractiond. I'm also the co-founder of a fractional marketing firm called Growth Connect. I’ve been in Thailand since 2012 and I've been in the fractional space since 2021. I frequently meet with fractional leaders and individuals who are considering leaving their full-time c-suite positions to become fractional, so I figured I’d formalize it with a Meetup group.
