A Spark Within is a virtual gathering where we explore spirituality and inner meaning through what we share.
Your shared material might be:
- an image, artwork, photograph, or AI-generated creation
- a symbol or visual design
- a short poem
- a meaningful quote or phrase
- a verse or scripture from any faith tradition
- a prayer or affirmation
- a brief personal reflection
- or something else that carries spiritual meaning for you
What touches you on a spiritual level? By sharing something meaningful, you allow others to encounter a glimpse of your essence and invite them into reflection.
You might speak about:
- what it means to you, its essence or symbolism
- what it evokes or causes you to reflect upon
- a feeling, memory, insight, or experience it represents
- why it stayed with you, or what makes it spiritually meaningful
No artistic or writing background is required, and presenting is optional — you may simply listen, reflect, and join in the discussion.
Presentations are about 3 minutes, followed by group reflection and discussion.
To close, the group will select one shared offering—an image, quote, verse, poem, prayer, phrase, reflection, or other contribution—as a gentle focus for a brief 2–3 minute meditation.
Optional theme: Inner Light — You may explore this theme, or bring anything that carries spiritual meaning for you.
People of all faith traditions, spiritual paths, and personal philosophies are welcome.
