Hallo liebe Community,

es wird mal wieder Zeit für ein Kubernetes MeetUp.

Unser Ziel ist es, den Wissensaustausch über Kubernetes in Frankfurt zu fördern und Neueinsteigern einen ersten Eindruck von dieser mittlerweile in vielen Projekten eingesetzten Technologie zu vermitteln.

Inhalt: Securing Kubernetes Cluster

Benjamin will dive into the security of Kubernetes clusters in his presentation. The various attack scenarios will be explained and also demonstrated. After an introduction to various potential attack vectors on Kubernetes clusters, the built in security mechanisms such as Admission Controller, RBAC or Network Policies will be presented and demonstrated. In addition, Benjamin will introduce Container Runtime Security and show the advantages. Furthermore, the topic of workload isolation will be discussed and how isoltation can be successfully implemented. Finally, a possible Kubernetes cluster security architecture will be shown, which can be used as an example.
