Miltenberg is known as the „Pearl of the Main“ and delights with over 100 beautifully restored half-timbered houses, one of the oldest restaurants in Germany and a Castle from where you can enjoy a nice view over Miltenberg!

Intinerary
We‘ll meet at 10:20 at Frankfurt Central Station at plattform 7 and take the train RE55 at 10:34. You can use the Deutschlandticket for the ride if you have it, otherwise you have to buy one (group day ticket for 5 people costs 53,50€)

We arrive in Miltenberg at 11:58

We will explore the beautiful old town, maybe have lunch at one of the oldest restaurants of Germany and hike up to the castle to enjoy a nice view!

Update unlike on a normal sunday in Germany, the stores will be open in Miltenberg tomorrow and there will be a little market as well!

Return to Frankfurt
There is a train which leaves at 6 (arrive in Frankfurt at 7:30) or one at 8 (arrive in Frankfurt at 9:30)
