Short Cuts Frankfurt - 1

This is a program where we grab a prompt, split into teams and film a short film in 3 weeks! The films are encouraged to be under 5 minutes. This meeting will just be to meet up, find your teams, and plan your shooting schedule. We'll meet up in 3 weeks after all the shorts are filmed and watch them together, giving constructive feedback if desired by the given team.

All skill levels are welcome, whether you're a seasoned veteran wanting to teach or show off, or are brand new and simply want to try something different. Please plan on spending some time (likely at least a day) with your team during the 3 week period, either filming or editing.

This is meant to be an inclusive and collaborative community. Everyone is welcome. Any kind of discrimination will not be allowed.

The primary purpose is learning through doing the work. Have you talked about filmmaking forever but been afraid to get your feet wet? This is your chance to walk the talk! Hope to see you there!

For the first meeting we'll meet at Metzler Park unless the weather is awful, otherwise I'll provide an appropriate indoor alternative.
