Light Up Gingerbread House, Make & Take

Start the season's creativity with a little gingerbread house adventure.

Using the FCC MakerSpace laser cutter, and your imagination we'll be building little light up gingerbread houses. Customize your design, and create a simple circuit to add some shine.

This is a great project for beginners, and those of you who would like to familiarize yourself with the FCC MakerSpace equipment. We'll touch on how illustrator is used to design for the laser cutter, and enjoy fellow makers company with some hot coco.

Take your creations home & start your own village!

6pm - 6:15: Grab a Hot Chocolate, Meet your fellow makers.
6:15 - 6:45: Intro to illustrator for the laser cutter & a quick demo.
6:45 - 8:30: Build, paint, print & light up your houses. Some basic supplies will be provided, and the laser cutter will be on and available for use for the evening.
