Come be a Lounging Lizard with us. ☀️🦎
Join us for a loop on Little Seneca Lake in Boyds. It’s one of the best flatwater paddling spots with beautiful scenery, wildlife, and plenty of shoreline to explore.

Little Seneca Boat Launch at Black Hills Regional Park
Clarksburg Rd.
Boyds, MD 20841
We’ll meet in the boat launch parking lot by the bridge (see GPS image).
🎒 Bring
- Paddleboard, kayak, canoe, or other human-powered craft
- PFD (required)
- Water & snacks
- Sun protection as needed
- Self-Supported Paddle
☀️ Weather: It’s going to be hot, but the forecast looks favorable for a late morning paddle. There’s a chance of afternoon thunderstorms, so we’ll plan to wrap up well before then. As always, if the weather changes unexpectedly, we’ll adjust accordingly.
