Catoctin Mountain Park Hike (4 miles)
Details
Hello everyone! Come join us for a hike around the scenic views at Catoctin Mountain Park.
Meeting Location: We will meet at the Catoctin Mountain Park Visitor Center by 9am. Please allow yourself extra time (10 - 15 min) for parking, as it is crowded on the weekends.
Using the map below, we will start at the Visitor Center and take the 4 mile "orange blaze" loop. We will stop for breaks at Chimney Rock and Wolf Rock. Some parts of Wolf Rock have steep drop offs; please hike at your own risk.
Please bring water to stay hydrated.
After the hike, we can decide if we want to grab lunch in Frederick. I hope to see you there!
