Meeting to discuss 2026 and 2027 trips

Hi Everyone,
Our next lunch meeting will be Sunday 2/15/26 at 1:00 pm at Capital Crave. Please note the new time for this meeting since the NFL football season will be finished by then.
Capital Crave is located on Rt. 40 (Golden Mile) next to the VFW on Rt. 40. The reservation is under the name Frederick Travel Group.
We will talk about our trips for 2026 and sign-ups for these trips will be available. The trips are:
- Rhine River cruise 4/7/26 - 4/14/26
- Croatia trip 6/14/26 - 6/26/26
- New England/Canada cruise 10/7/26 - 10/17/26
Here are some brief details for the 2026 trips:
The Rhine River cruise starts in Basel, Switzerland and ends in Amsterdam, where you can see the tulips in full bloom in April. The stops in between include Strasbourg, France; Cologne, Germany; Heidelberg, Germany.
The trip to Croatia is also guided tour trip to beautiful cultural cities and some of the most incredible coastlines you will see. The trip begins in Dubrovnik and ends in Split, Croatia. The other locations you will see are of Budva, Montenegro and the historical city of Sarajevo and Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The New England/Canada cruise departs from Philadelphia and ends in Quebec City with stops in Boston; Bar Harbor, ME; Nova Scotia; Prince Edwards Island; and Quebec City.
If time allows, we will also discuss the 2027 trips which are:
- Costa Rica: 1/30/27 - 2/8/27
- Italy: 5/18/27 - 5/30/27
We are looking to plan another trip for fall 2027 that will be discussed. Some of the trip ideas are a S. Caribbean cruise departing from Colon, Panama; trip to Ireland; guided tour trip to Grand Canyon, Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. We will select one of these trips or another if that suggestion is agreed upon by the group.
