Join us as the Frederick Travel Group will be going on trip to Italy! The date of the tip is 6/1/27 - 6/13/27. The trip is a guided tour trip that will begin in Milan and the Italian Lakes region in north Italy and end in Rome.

This tour will take you to some of the most beautiful sites in all of Italy. Some of the places you will see and experiences on this tour of Italy are: Milan; Lake Maggiore; Venice; St. Mark's Square; gondola ride in Venice; Florence; Pompeii; Amalfi Coast; Rome; the Roman Colosseum; Vatican City; and St, Peter's Basilica and St. Peter's Square. This will be a trip that you will never forget!

The cost of the trip is $4,875 per person at double occupancy or $5,635 at single occupancy. Airfare is not included. The gratuity amount for the trip has not been determined yet. But it likely be around $170 per person. The gratuity goes towards the bus driver and tour guide.

The price includes all hotel stays; 17 meals (5 dinners; 12 breakfasts); passes into each site per itinerary; expert tour guides; very comfortable air-conditioned motor coach; free Wifi on the tour bus; plus a "Be my Guest" cultural experience and lunch outside with a family in Florence with a beautiful view of their vineyard and olive groves.

  • 6/1/27 Tue: Arrive in Milan (MXP). Welcome reception time is 5:00 pm; tour of Lake Maggiore. (overnight in Baveno)
  • 6/2/27 Wed: Tour of Milan see the famous Duomo; the ornate Galleria; tour Como and Italian lakes (overnight in Baveno)
  • 6/3/27 Thu: Depart Baveno and arrive in Verona visit 2,000 yr old Roman Arena and travel to Venice (overnight in Venice)
  • 6/4/27 Fri: Visit St. Mark’s Square; Doge Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica; enjoy free time in Venice (overnight in Venice)
  • 6/5/27 Sat: Depart Venice and arrive in Florence; traditional Florentine dinner in Chianti Hills (overnight in Florence)
  • 6/6/27 Sun: Visit Piazza del Doumo; Piazzale Michelangelo; Ponte Vecchio; Be My Guest dinner (overnight in Florence)
  • 6/7/27 Mon: Travel to Amalfi coast thru Arno Valley; Bay of Naples to the beautiful Almalfi coast (overnight in Maiori)
  • 6/8/27 Tue: Day in Amalfi visit 10th century Sant’ Andrea cathedral; enjoy the beautiful town of Amalfi (overnight in Maiori)
  • 6/9/27 Wed: Amalfi coast your way; consider the many dining options; boat ride along the coast; etc.. (overnight in Maiori)
  • 6/10/27 Thu: Depart Amalfi to the lost city of Pompeii and explore the amazing sites and history of Rome (overnight in Rome)
  • 6/11/27 Fri: Tour Vatican City; St. Peter’s Basilica; visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill (overnight in Rome)
  • 6/12/27 Sat: A full free day to explore the historic city of Rome; you will want to see Trevi Fountain (overnight in Rome)
  • 6/13/27 Sun: Depart Rome and fly back to the U.S. or feel free to extend your stay in Rome
