Join us and try Aikido, an effective yet non-violent traditional Japanese martial art. This one hour class is designed for martial artists of all levels, even if you've never had any experience.
You'll learn a bit about the philosophy behind Aikido, how it compares to other arts, and we'll practice technique. Oh, and you'll also have fun, stretch a bit, and meet interesting people.
You can RSVP here on MeetUp, reserve your spot on our webpage, or just come at 7PM to be ready by 7:15PM.
Gi is not required -- sweats are okay. You'll need to sign the waiver form. Contact us if you have questions.
