Fredericksburg Azure First Meetup. Azure Portal and Azure Account Discussion

Welcome to our first Fredericksburg, Microsoft Azure, Meetup!

After meeting and greeting new members we will jump into a top down overview of Microsoft Azure cloud services and end with a demo of a working Azure Logic App and the steps to create it.

There is so much to cover and so little time. Nevertheless, we hope to look into both practical and theoretical methods along with best practices to accomplish important tasks we perform at work or play.

Initially we take some time to look at resources available using the Azure admin portal, Azure accounts, subscriptions, pricing calculators, and other considerations for people already doing business with Azure or considering a Pay as You Go arrangement.

This meeting is an introduction to each other and to the subjects we anticipate covering in the years to come.
