WELCOME NEW MEMBERS (and also welcome existing members who are midway through the program).

This is intended to be a motivational, yet light-hearted and fun introduction to new members into our community.

There is no body-shaming here - only man-to-man support and motivation so we can reach our fitness goals together!

To join the meeting simply click on the link and you will be prompted to read a quick summary of our organisation.

If you think you are a good fit you are welcome to sign up and then you will be redirected to the members-area where you will find the Meeting Room and a link to the Discord group chat!

The 30-day challenge is pretty simple: just lose weight and gain muscle through sleep, diet and exercise! A good goal might be to reach new personal bests in strength-training and to lose about 1kg a week of body-fat.

The host of the meeting might be able to share a few tips for improving success but this is mostly about the supportive community and the motivation-factor of setting a 30-day challenge as your goal

We are doing this to foster a community of like-minded men who want to be in their masculine prime in order to succeed in dating and relationships. So if that's not you then please don't join our community - sorry!
