HOPING TO SEE YOU SATURDAY MORNING FOR THE ALWAYS FREE "BOOT CAMP IN THE PARK"! Bring your water bottle, your friends, family, and neighbors. - We still have some FREE shirts while supplies last. For this Sunday, we will give some more away...but after that ...you have to be a regular to earn the right to wear our newest (really awesome) exclusive shirt! SATURDAY MORNING 9AM - 10AM !!!

# If this is your first time, try to arrive 10 min. early for free register. Perfect for all ages, levels... anyone can do it!
# LOCATION: Dorsey Hall Professional Park/ Ellicott City, Maryland**-** Put 5052 Dorsey Hall Dr., Ellicott City, MD into your phone for directions: From rt. 29-take rout 108 west exist; 0.7 miles/ take right at first intersection onto Columbia Rd.; drive .3 miles and take right turn onto Dorsey Hall Drive; You will pass Dorsey Hall Village Center on rgith; Drive 0.5 miles and take LEFT into the Dorsey Hall Professional Park; drive to end of road and take Right turn; follow the We Promote Health signs.

Centennial Park (East Entrance/ Pavilion H parking area)
Directions to the park: turn onto Woodland Rd. off of Rt. 108 and take immediate left turn into Centennial Park east entrance. Follow the roadway back to Pavilion H parking area. Follow the We Promote Health signs. Please arrive before 9am for on-site registration. We will be practicing safe distancing and following current guidelines. Masks should be worn until we start the workout.
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED. Please make sure you have a water bottle. If you have it handy, bring your exercise mat.
It's time to get moving!!!!

Mindful Movement initiative – A Community Walk/Run Series on the second Sundays 5-6:30pm and Last Thursdays 6-7:30pm
Location: 9821 Broken Land Pkwy Ste 103, Columbia, MD 21046 to walk around Lake Elkhorn Trail while 5K runners will go a different path then around the lake. Park in front or to the side of Foot and Ankle Pain Doctor
