WE ARE BACK FOR OUR 16TH SEASON
Join us on Saturday mornings beginning April 11th for the always FREE "Boot Camp in the Park".
(Note our location)
This is the perfect activity for all ages and fittnes levels!
OUR LOCATION
Directions: Follow directions to the parking lot in front of 5052 Dorsey Hall Drive, Ellicott City, MD. From Route 29, take the Route 108 East exit. At the light, turn right onto Columbia Road. At the second light, turn right on Dorsey Hall Drive. Pass Dorsey Hall Village Center on your right and continue straight. After passing the Medical Building complex on right, continue for short distance and take a left turn into the Dorsey Hall Professional Park. Go to the end of the lane and turn right. As you enter the parking lot, you will find us to the left in the overflow area at the back of the lot.
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED. Please make sure you have a water bottle. If you have it handy, bring your exercise mat.
