Hey there, current and future campers! Are you looking for a FREE group just to share camping adventures with. Swapping screen time for starlight, WiFi for wildlife, and hectic routines for campfire stories? Then this is the group for you!
I’m Taisha, a wife and mom of 3, I love camping and is embarking on my 3rd year of tent camping. I truly believe every kid (and adult!) should experience the magic of real tent camping—no cabins, no glamping, just good old-fashioned outdoor fun. Think daily cookouts, marshmallow roasts, outdoor showers (or using the campsite facilities if you prefer), and maybe even an occasional movie night under the stars. Most importantly? No cell phones (most Parks sites do not have wifi signal access), no distractions—just real connections with nature and each other.
This group is for families, single parents, and anyone who wants to share the joy of camping with others. Whether you're a seasoned camper or a first-timer, all are welcome!
How it works:

✅ Campsite fees are usually under $25/day (booked through the New York State Park’s Department (Reserve America) website).
✅ We’ll vote on locations, dates, and activities together.
