Intro to Flutter - fCC Algarve

It's the third meetup in the year 2023 will be about Flutter.

Flutter is an open source framework by Google for building natively compiled, multi-platform applications from a single codebase. It uses Dart as programming language and it is designed to build applications abroad desktop, web, cellphone and embedded systems.

We're going to check how we can make a simple web Flutter application that can render information from the web.
