All levels of practitioners are welcome, safe and fun variations will be offered in the asana class. You are invited to slow down or challenge up according to what is needed.

The morning classes will be based on Hatha Yoga. The class will leave you feeling energetic and ready for the day! The evening classes are yin yoga- slow deep stretches, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

Other sessions include breathwork, meditation, journaling, sharing circles, chanting, and more!
