Yin Yoga in the Garden

Yin Yoga in the Garden classes, every Wednesday from 8-9pm. Please bring your mat, and any props you like (bolster or blocks).
For anyone new to Yin: it’s a slow and grounding practice where we hold poses for longer to gently stretch deeper layers of the body. It supports flexibility, calm, emotional balance, and is a beautiful way to unwind mid-week.
Class fees are 80 AED for a drop-in or 350 AED for 5 classes.
We will have 3 classes before the year end:
Nov 26, Dec 3, and Dec 10.
We’ll continue again in January.
Feel free to ask anything here, and you’re welcome to invite friends who might want to join.
