Free Counselling & Spiritual Growth Support Group (info session)

Hello,

I am a seasoned psychotherapist looking for individuals interested in receiving longer-term FREE personalized counselling, along with FREE comprehensive spiritual growth support.

I have a BA in Psychology, a B.Ed, and a Masters in Counselling. And I have an immense interest and personal immersive experience in the Spiritual.

Therefore, my sessions combine the best foundational ego counselling techniques with finely-tuned spiritual development exercises, offering unique-to-the-program tools that succinctly blend the two for the most integrated results.

I will conduct meetings online (via Zoom). In our gatherings, I will teach and provide exercises in a group format and work one-on-one with individuals to aid in their unique journey.

The meetings will be once a week and run for approximately six months. Therefore, this will be a great opportunity for anyone keenly interested in learning and growing and those who want to commit themselves to the process.
