Tearing scabs and scars open dance .
The rub the rhythm raw against our soul dance.

Not the nice, invisible, self-conscious shuffle.
But the matted hair flying, voodoo mama .
Shaman shakin’ ancient bones dance .
The strip us from our casings, return our wings.
Sharpen our claws and tongues dance .
The shed dead cells and slip into.
The luminous skin of love dance.

Our eclectic music is carefully curated to soothe and enliven, inspire and create “time out” from the stresses of the moment. Dance together in community and solidarity, in a shared, common experience and whether on Zoom or, in the room, join like-hearted movers moving together/apart. Dance is life, dance is hope, dance is movement from one state to another. It’s about freedom…love...and connection...
We offer a space where both new and experienced dancers have the opportunity to explore and express physically, emotionally and relationally. Our dance is a safe environment, nurtured by sensitivity and respect for personal boundaries. |
