Even though our muscles are quivering
to leap into the sunlight, there is also the reminder that
things are off kilter. Maybe we're a bit skittish?
Like it or not, we're going through a significant initiation.
Many of us have been thrown off balance and are in the
process of sorting things out.

Along comes summer, an expressive, golden season...
The invitation this solstice is to focus your attention on what
matters most right now while also paying homage to what
has been integrated in the spring/winter months -- as sustenance.
As we prepare for this season know that Illumination and clarity
are some of the gifts it offers.
Together, we will celebrate this transition through a brief
ceremony and of course dancing, dancing, dancing.

With eyes wide open, we will summon the light as ballast
and herald, letting our hearts be the compass for the
journey ahead.

Dance is life, dance is hope, dance is movement from one state to another. It’s about freedom…love...and connection...

We offer a space where both new and experienced dancers have the opportunity to explore and express physically, emotionally and relationally. Our dance is a safe environment, nurtured by sensitivity and respect for personal boundaries. |
