When we dance, the words become movement, the feelings morph into shapes that come alive into moving stories. Something shifts and coheres, creating a connection to what matters most ... love, connection, peace, community, you add the rest!

Our eclectic music is carefully curated to soothe and enliven, inspire and create “time out” from the stresses of the moment. Dance together in community and solidarity, in a shared, common experience and whether on Zoom or, in the room, join like-hearted movers moving together/apart. Dance is life, dance is hope, dance is movement from one state to another. It’s about freedom…love...and connection...

We offer a space where both new and experienced dancers have the opportunity to explore and express physically, emotionally and relationally. Our dance is a safe environment, nurtured by sensitivity and respect for personal boundaries. |
