how so intimate and still unknowable
body and mind and
the river of loves and angers
we navigate together

here I learned trust and disappointment
here I felt first safety and
here i felt first fear
before I saw first light

what we are is in-separate
from the scared and scarred and sacred
child in child we are
children birthing one another

can you see me through
these mirrors facing mirrors, will we
see through stories ancient and new
our true face

Our eclectic music is carefully curated to soothe and enliven, inspire and create “time out” from the stresses of the moment. Dance together in community and solidarity, in a shared, common experience and whether on Zoom or, in the room, join like-hearted movers moving together/apart. Dance is life, dance is hope, dance is movement from one state to another. It’s about freedom…love...and connection...

We offer a space where both new and experienced dancers have the opportunity to explore and express physically, emotionally and relationally. Our dance is a safe environment, nurtured by sensitivity and respect for personal boundaries. |
