FREE HIKE - Beautiful Scenic - Newhaven Town to Eastbourne via the Seven Sisters

📍 Meeting Point:
Outside Newhaven Town Station at 11am, Main Entrance (look out for the group of hikers)

⏳ Distance & Difficulty:
Approx., 15-18 miles | Moderate to Challenging
Please note this is a long-distance hike with undulating terrain, including the famous Seven Sisters chalk cliffs. A good level of fitness is required.

🎯 Hike Overview:
Join us for this breathtaking coastal hike starting from Newhaven Town, taking us through Seaford, Cuckmere Haven, and the iconic Seven Sisters cliffs, before concluding in Eastbourne. Expect stunning sea views, dramatic cliffs, and a mix of open countryside and coastal paths. The route follows parts of the South Downs Way, one of the UK’s most scenic trails.

🚉 Transport Details:

• Outbound Train: to Newhaven Town.
• Return Train: From Eastbourne.

🥪 What to Bring:

• Sturdy hiking boots or shoes
• Packed lunch and snacks
• Plenty of water (at least 1 liter)
• Clothes (weather-dependent)
• Sun protection (if sunny)
• A camera for capturing those stunning views!

• There will be no planned stops for food/drinks at cafés, so please bring your own supplies.
• Please stay with or behind the walk leader to maintain group pace and cohesion.
