Meeting Point: Outside Brighton Train Station at 11am
Distance: Approx., 13 to 15 miles
Route Type: Circular Hike - Start and finish at Brighton Station
Description:
Embark on a scenic trail near Brighton, East Sussex, offering coastal views, farmlands, and diverse wildlife. Starting at Brighton's London Road Train Station, the trail leads through city streets to the seafront, where it joins the coastal Undercliff path, passing the beach and marina. After enjoying the coastal stretch, we will head inland, crossing Saltdean Oval and winding through picturesque farmlands along Norton Drive and Drove Road, eventually returning to the starting point.
We will go to a pub close to the station and socialise after the hike.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable hiking shoes or boots
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Water (recommend 2 liters)
- Snacks and lunch
- Sunscreen and hat (if sunny)
- Swim wear?
- A good friendly spirit

- Be mindful of busy road crossings.
- Respect fellow walkers, wildlife, and other natural surroundings.
