#### 📝 Event Description:
Join us on a mystery hike adventure that combines quiet beauty, unexpected turns, and just enough challenge to earn your dinner. Starting and ending at Botley Station, this circular route takes in a wonderful variety of terrain, from peaceful green trails to open spaces and waterside rambles.
We won’t spoil the surprises along the way, but let’s just say: you’ll get your fill of fresh air, natural charm, and possibly a slight existential crisis when you hit the muddiest bits (you’ll laugh later, promise).
There’s something quietly magical about this trail—just when you think you've figured out where you're going, it changes mood, texture, and scenery. You’ll leave feeling like you’ve been somewhere, even if you’re not exactly sure where.

#### 🧰 What to Bring:
- Good hiking boots (bonus points if waterproof and already slightly battle-worn)
- Lunch, snacks, and plenty of water
- Waterproofs and warm layers – this route has its own microclimate
- Headlamp or torch – autumn days don’t last forever

#### ⚠️ Quick Reminders:
- Stick with the group: This isn’t a choose-your-own-adventure. Stay with or behind the walk leader unless you’re planning to star in your own nature documentary.
- It’s a bit muddy: One stretch especially likes to pretend it's a swamp. We love it anyway.
- Safety: This is a voluntary group activity. Everyone is responsible for their own wellbeing and for respecting others, nature, and the environment.
- No risk or liabilities are accepted by the organiser — just good company and scenic views.
