## 🌄 Vallvidrera to Tibidabo Hill Walk & Café Stop

Let’s meet outside Vallvidrera Superior Station at 10.00 am.
A beautiful hill walk with stunning panoramic views of Barcelona, forest paths, and fresh mountain air. Tibidabo is one of the most iconic spots in the city — with cafés, a church, and even a small funfair at the summit.

🕘 Meeting time: 10.00am
📍 Meeting point: Outside Vallvidrera Superior Station (Funicular Vallvidrera stop)
🚆 Train: Take the FGC S1 or S2 from Plaça Catalunya / Provença / Gràcia → change at Peu del Funicular → then take the Funicular de Vallvidrera up to Vallvidrera Superior.
Estimated journey time: ~30 minutes from central Barcelona.

### 🥾 About the Walk

A relaxed, scenic woodland hike through Collserola Natural Park, gently climbing up to Tibidabo, the highest point in Barcelona. Enjoy forest trails, fresh air, and some of the city’s best skyline views from the top.
Distance: ≈8 km total (Vallvidrera → Tibidabo → Vallvidrera)
Terrain: Easy to moderate forest path — sturdy trainers or hiking shoes recommended
Time: ~3.5–4 hours total (walking + time at summit)

### ☀️ Plan (approximate timings)

10.00 – Meet at Vallvidrera Superior Station
10.15 – Start walking toward Tibidabo
11:30 – Arrive at the top (church, cafés, funfair, viewpoints)
11:30–12:30 – Free time at the summit: visit the church, grab coffee, chat, lunch and enjoy the views ☕🍰
12:30 – Option 1: Walk back to Vallvidrera the same way we came (downhill, quicker, ~45 mins)
12:30 – Option 2: Take Bus 111 down from Tibidabo (goes to Vallvidrera and Av. Tibidabo Metro)
13:15 – Finish and return to Barcelona 🚆

### 💬 At Tibidabo

When we reach the top, we’ll take a break to enjoy the cafés, church, viewpoints, and fairground area. You can decide whether to do the full return walk or take the Bus 111 back — it’s totally up to you.

Train: S1 or S2 lines toward Terrassa / Sabadell
We’re meeting at Vallvidrera Superior at 10.00
🕘 Arrive: 10.00 at Vallvidrera Superior
👉 Meet: Outside the station exit
Trains run roughly every 10 minutes, and the funicular every 15 minutes — please check your own route on Google Maps or the FGC app to confirm times on the day.
