Hi everyone! 👋 I’m a Barre instructor from Korea, and this is my very first time in New York!
I wanted to make my first experience here truly special, so I decided to take the leap and host a free Korean-style Barre class in Central Park.
What is Barre?
Barre is a low-impact workout that combines ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and strength training to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength. If you love working out or simply want to try something new, this class is for you!
💡 Fun fact: My English isn’t perfect, but who cares? 😆 Movement is a universal language! Let’s just have fun and enjoy this experience together—we’ll make this moment ours! 🌍🎶
