Born to musician parents, child prodigy Rhitom Sarkar started out playing Indian classical music but soon veered towards playing the guitar due to its musical appeal. Rhitom’s preferred instrument is the Indian slide guitar or ‘gandharvi’ – specially designed for playing ragas. Ragas are the melodic patterns and modes in traditional Indian music.
Rhitom is a student of Pt. Debashish Bhattacharya, and has received many international accolades and awards for his music and compositions throughout his career.ABOUT SAHAJA YOGA🌹
