Learn how to experience mental silence and peace through simple Sahaja Yoga Meditation techniques. Our classes show participants how to find balance in life and reduce stress during day-to-day life. We also share resources to support your daily meditation at home. All sessions will include guided collective meditations, video/audio lectures by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi who is the founder of Sahaja Yoga, discussions and Q & A sessions.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation aims to address imbalances by awakening our innate spiritual potential, known as the kundalini This is a simple but profound experience called self-realisation that can naturally help us to harmonise and integrate our life.
